My store is run on Shopify and accepts PayPal, Amazon Pay, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Since Blooms & Moonlight is a one-woman shop, I try my best to ship orders within 3 days of when orders are placed. If an order is purchased with priority shipping, I will do my best to get it to USPS as quickly as possible! Preorders will be shipped when my stock arrives and I check each pin's quality. Keep an eye on my instagram account (@bloomsandmoonlight) where I will update on when preorders arrive to my store or sign up to receive my newsletter!
All orders come with tracking as provided by USPS with First Class or Priority Mail. Please check your email for your receipt and additional emails with updates on tracking.
Once an order has entered into USPS system, I have no control over how quickly they deliver the package. I will try my best to use the methods USPS offers to track a package down using the tracking number.
Sometimes USPS loses a package and when this happens please contact me and we'll come up with a solution! If an item is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, check with roommates, neighbors, or wait an extra day in case the mail carrier marked it as delivered prematurely.
If you aren't happy with your order, please let me know within 7 days of delivery. Your order may then be returned in new condition within 14 days for a full refund/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure everything is packaged well, if items are damaged during transit its value will be deducted from refund/exchange value. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please be aware of import duties, customs, or other fees may be charged by your country before they deliver your order and may delay delivery. Since import duties for international orders are charged when they arrive to your country, I'm not able to charge you those costs.
My enamel pins are for personal use only. Reselling of any kind is not permitted, this includes repurposing/adapting and selling my pins. Reselling is only authorized by any retailers who carry my stock.
There is one brick & mortar store selling my pins: FLAIR Chicago! It's a great store for pins, patches, and other fab flair so be sure to visit it! If you'd like to stock my pins, please send me a message.
I worked hard to find a pin manufacturer with great quality and customer service and I do not share my manufacturer's information. If you'd like a consultation, my consult fee is $200 which includes my manufacturer along with a few tips I've learned along the way.
